i have a BlueAnt bluetooth hands free i paid $300 for. because its out of warrenty they will not repair it. they will not even look at it, they do not have repair facilities, they just replace faulty items while under warrenty. my item would still work if i could put the speaker arm back in to charge it. so now i have to throw out a perfectly good item because they don't have anyone who repaires there items. will never buy there stuff again. if you pay for something, you expect after sale service. This company does not think this is important. so unhappy right this minute. 1282f16
